Regional clinical workflow

Clinical software designed around the people doing the work.

I translated medication reconciliation and post-discharge care into a regional workflow that connected pharmacists, physicians, clinical data, and measurable outcomes.

  • Engineered applications using Epic-derived clinical data, Oracle SQL, Power Apps, JavaScript, Python, and Power BI.
  • Scaled the workflow to 60+ pharmacists, 30+ skilled nursing facilities, and hundreds of weekly cases.
  • Designed HIPAA and PHI-aware access procedures, training, dashboards, and production support.
  • Co-led a discharge clinical pharmacist program that documented more than $1M in cost savings within six months.

I cofounded Recovered Health, which raised approximately $1M to build a pharmacy compliance and logistics platform. I designed the production API, integrated external vendors, and ran the business functions that turn software into a company.

I started in direct patient care. At Kaiser, I kept getting pulled into the systems behind the work. That contribution led to a dedicated applications role, where I built and supported clinical technology across Northern California.

Since then, I've cofounded a regulated health startup, advised pharmacy leaders, and built a production AI company as a founder-engineer. I work best where domain expertise, technical ambiguity, and real users meet.
